1. Who We Are & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Namah ("Namah", "we", "our", "us"), the legal entity that owns and operates BumpBites and the website bumpbites.health. By accessing or using bumpbites.health and any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use interactive features. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Not Medical Advice

BumpBites provides information for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our ingredient safety guidance is compiled from published regulatory sources and reviewed by qualified professionals, but it does not account for your individual medical history and is not a substitute for your own clinician. 4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
  • Post content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Collect or harvest personal data of other users.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security measures.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to promote products or services without prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (text, photos, videos, comments). By posting, you grant Namah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are responsible for what you post. We may, but are not obligated to, remove or moderate content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, code, and databases (excluding user content), is owned by Namah or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Products

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and affiliate product recommendations. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

BumpBites offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Current plans and prices are listed publicly on our Pricing page. Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, which is calculated and applied at checkout based on your location.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We never receive or store your card details — they are submitted directly to the provider and processed on their PCI-DSS compliant systems. The provider is identified to you at checkout, and its own buyer terms apply to your transaction alongside these Terms.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew every month, annual plans every twelve months — at the then-current price, until cancelled. We will notify you by email in advance of any price change affecting your renewal.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge on the Annual plan, or 7 days on the Monthly plan. A free tier is available indefinitely, so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Full details of both processes are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing here limits mandatory statutory withdrawal rights available to you under local law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF MEDICAL OR NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMAH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Namah harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
